Our company was founded by two specialist tax advisors, based in Bristol, with the specific aim of providing proactive tax advice for the ever-changing tax landscape in the UK. As well as designing and implementing a tax strategy to help you in the short, medium and long term. In short, we work to create a bespoke tax strategy, whilst maintaining the basic tax compliance that is needed.

Rachael Verinder formerly worked as an Associate Director at Grant Thornton heading the private client team across Bristol and Cardiff. In addition Rachael is a seminar speaker for many highly respected legal and advisory firms across the UK on private client tax matters.

Our other founding Director, Carl Powell had the privilege of being voted one of the top 40 tax professionals under the age of 40 by the “Tax Journal”. Furthermore, he works as a freelance technical tax writer of taxation and financial articles and reports, which are used and published by hundreds of other accountants across the UK.

In May 2022, we were delighted to be named the Best New Tax Practice at Tolley’s Taxation Awards. These national awards were created to help identify the best of the best in the world of all things tax.

We’re also proud to be to be Chartered Tax Advisers, the most prestigious chartered qualification in professional tax expertise – considered a mark of technical excellence and professional integrity.
